Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Clickenta. A signed proposal or accepted quotation may set out additional, service-specific terms, which take priority where they differ.
Quotations and packages
Prices on this website and in quotations are valid for the period stated. Submitting a quote request or choosing a package does not create a contract or any obligation to pay. A contract is formed when you accept a quotation or pay an invoice for an agreed scope.
Payment
Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Advertising spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is not included in our fees unless stated.
Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competition and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We may retain our general know-how, tools and templates.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to that claim in the preceding three months.
