Monthly and recurring packages
You may cancel a recurring package with the notice period stated in your proposal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees for periods already started are generally non-refundable because work is scheduled in advance.
One-time projects
Project deposits secure scheduling and are refundable only if we have not started work. After work begins, refunds are limited to the value of work not yet performed.
Advertising spend
Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is governed by their policies. We cannot refund platform charges.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
